We wonder, from "Pompette" or "A Table", which Clos des Mourres cuvée has the highest degree of drinkability...

This A Table cuvée is a pure Syrah, super gurgling, really made for thirst! A must in the field..

This Cuvée comes from 2 parcels of Syrah located in Vaison la Romaine near the farm.

" At table ! is the daily call said a little loudly (= shouted) to our children to spend some time sitting with the family and share the cooked meal.

This wine translates all the simplicity but at the same time all the pleasure of these small meals: this wine has the claim to be drunk without any pretension or special occasion, but at the convenience of each and during the hundreds of small daily meals, real little everyday pleasures! " At table ! is an expression and a wine to share with family or friends, and if no one comes to the table, then drink it alone (it's only barely 13°)!

About the Domaine:

Ingrid and Jean-Philippe Bouchet consider them self as craftsman winegrowers, because the term ‘craftsman’ implies that we work by hand. They choose to work with the earth in a natural way. They found an answer and solutions from their personal convictions in the biodynamie: getting healthy and living soils, favoring the exchanges between roots and soils thanks to microorganisms . It is, in their opinion, the only way to get the pure expression of the terroir." Their family vineyards have been passed on from father to daughter and from daughter to daughter for four generations."
