Pernand Vergelesses Rouge 2022 | Chapuis + Chapuis

A refined and vibrant Pinot Noir from organic vineyards, Pernand-Vergelesses Rouge 2022 is crafted from grapes grown on clay and limestone soils. The wine offers bright red berry aromas, subtle spices, and earthy undertones, with silky tannins and a fresh, balanced acidity.

The grapes undergo whole-bunch maceration for 14 days, followed by pressing into barrels, where the wine is aged for 11 months (90% used oak, 10% new). Naturally made with minimal intervention: no fining or filtration, with only a small addition of SO2 after malolactic fermentation and before bottling.

Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
