The grapes are macerated gently for 20 to 30 days then after fermentation, the most qualitative juice is selected for the wine. Ageing is done half in stainless steel tanks and the remainder in old barrels, this is done to preserve the richness and the fruits that characterise the Pécharmants appellation. Bottling is done without fining or filtration.
A beautiful deep purple colour with an intense nose of red fruits (blackcurrant and mulberry) blended delicately with slight peppery and spiced aromas. The mouthfeel structure offers soft and silky tannins. It is a well-balanced wine that can be kept for a decade.
Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
