Chilled Pinot Noir ‘Nada’ 2023 | Silver Wing

Hand-crafted Pinot Noir from Waipara, and made by using natural production method in an organic vineyard. 

Wild fermented without filtration, the extended skin contact gives some complexity, vibrancy, texture and fruit driven wine. 

The winemaker Andrew Fox, worked in wineries in Marlborough, Hawkes Bay, and North Canterbury, and trained in Burgundy, Loire Valley, or Navarra Spain. He started to make his own wine in 2010 and Silver wing has now their own winery.
