TINCAN Wines are crafted from small batches of organically farmed grapes in the Nelson region. Using natural vineyard yeast and without any additives, not even sulphur, the wines undergo minimal intervention. Hand-bottled with no fining or filtration, they’re designed to satisfy even the strictest vegan standards.

Founded by Nick and Laura, TINCAN is a passion project born from their love of wine. Nick, with nearly 18 years in the industry, focuses on minimal intervention winemaking, using organic practices and hand-picking all fruit. Meanwhile, Laura brings her fun and approachable touch to the brand, aiming to make wine enjoyable and accessible to everyone.
