They did it again, the team at Chais du Port de la Lune assembled 40% Carignan, 35% Gamay and 25% Pinot Noir. What a trio.

All we love about the blend, the Silence is an instant pleasure wine, light berries, delicate and highly drinkable. You can almost stick it in the fridge for a few hours prior opening.
