White Port and Tonic:
Drinking a white port and tonic cocktail is popular in Portugal (same way than in Italy we are drinking "Aperol Spritzes") all year but especially during the warm summer months.
Follow our easy white port tonic recipe and craft a "Porto Tonico" at home with just five ingredients (White Port, Tonic, Ice cubes, Lemon or Orange and Mint or Rosemary)
Making a white port and tonic couldn’t be more simple. Take 3 oz of white port and add to a glass with ice and a slice or two of orange or lemon. Top with tonic and garnish with a sprig of rosemary or mint. Cocktails really don’t get much easier (or more delicious) than this!
