It has been in the pipeline for a little while and it has finally happened.
Bare Wine now has a Cellar you can visit and enjoy.
 

 We have settled in the heart of Ponsonby at Unit 3C / 49 Brown St, just across the road from the famous Cocoro. Once you get here, just walk down the driveway and turn left..eh it is in the basement as you expect for a wine Cellar!

Our Cellar is our office, shop and tasting room, hours are as below:

 Shop Hours :

Monday - closed
Tuesday - 10am till 5pm
Wednesday - 10am till 5pm
Thursday - 10am till 5pm
Friday - 10am till 5pm
Saturday - 10am till 12

More than just a large selection of organic and natural wines, we will be offering public tasting and special themed events. These will take place on Thursdays from 6pm to 8pm and Fridays from 6pm till 8pm once a month.

NEXT EVENT HERE

Public tasting will be held on the first Fridays of each month. Pop by anytime between 4pm and 8pm to discover what's open on the day, plus a selection of cheeses, charcuteries and other fine deli will be available on site to sit and indulge.
At any other time we encourage you to get in touch and we will be happy to accommodate any special needs, private tasting, corporate tasting or catch ups etc.. We always have a bottle opener handy!

WINE 1 - Xavier Benier Gamay Pet Nat NV  -

Superb Pet Nat from one of our favourite region, made with Gamay.  Fresh and gourmet, this is an excellent natural sparkling wine based on Gamay Noir.A light pink colour with a fine and delicate bubble, digestible, fresh and on citrus fruits, raspberry, grenadine.

WINE 2 - Domaine des Grandes Esperances - Roi Soleil 2018

Wine with a superb, golden yellow sheen, hence its name. The Roi Soleil develops very complex exotic fruit, vanilla and acacia notes on the nose. Smooth and delicious on the palate, and blessed with very mineral, vibrant length

WINE 3 - Passione Natura Abruzzo Axioma 2020 

It is a pure Montepulciano fermented in stainless steel tanks to enhance freshness and fragrance on the intact fruit. The intense violet ruby colour invite you to discover the varietal aromas which remembers red fruits and sour black cherries with hints of wild berries. It has a great structure and concentration, wonderfully sustained from a good acidity.
