Very nice Poulsard. Dry, light and almost no tannins. Notes of raspberry, cherry, strawberry, red currant, earthy and minerals. This wine will accompany starters, cold meats, Morteau sausage, grilled meats. It can be served on exotic dishes or even on a chocolate dessert.
Grapes from responsible farming and natural yeast. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
