This Santenay is a very nice definition of the corpulent Pinot Noir, spicy but elegant. Black cherry, blackcurrant, and sweet spices highlight a dense and luminous flesh.

It will go perfectly with a duck, or even game, and will be perfect with a Beef stew.

Fermentations and élevage in old barrels.

 

Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and limited added sulfites.
