A rare item made in Burgundy by the Chapuis brothers by buying Gewürz from Jean-Claude Buecher in Alsace. Named Rose Tram, the color is not rose-like, but the aroma of Gewürz flowers is perfect. However, what is much more mellow than the so-called “Gewürz!” Is the technique that can be done in Burgundy! The scent is quite fruity, and the more you mistake it for sweet, the more dry it is and the acid spreads beautifully.
It goes great with mozzarella cheese and tomato salad.
