Révolution by Doyard is made from 100% Chardonnay, grown in three small parcels with 40-year-old vineyards, located in the villages of Le Mesnil, Cramant and Oger, classified as 100% Grand Cru in the renowed Côte des Blancs. This is the result of an assemblage of 50% vintage 2011, 30% vintage 2010 and 20% vintage 2009. No final dosage for this enchanting Champagne.

Grapes from sustainable farming, natural yeast and low added sulfites.
