Intense and fragrant with aromas of fresh red fruits (tart) and flowers. Round and light. Better than some Burgundy wines, it is a very fine, elegant and refined wine. It’s greedy on crunchy fruit… a real “revelation”! It’s a wine for meals and a tasting wine.
To drink alone or accompanied by quail stuffed with cabbage, tournedos or beef fillet Rossini style, lobster in white butter.
