Romuald Cousy, (Domaine Ambitio) and Vincent Alexis from (Château Barouillet), Work together on this project named Gaules de Bois, to get the best biodynamic grapes from growers accros French regions. The idea it’s to produce original and creative wines from the grapes they love.
For this first acte, they went to Beaujolais to picked Gamay grapes and made the wine in Pomport, Bergerac.
Fresh and juicy with red fruits like raspberries and strawberries, some rose petals, easygoing but quit mineral in the finish. This fresh type of red wine so as an aperitif, with charcuterie and soft cheeses, jambon persillé, poultry en fish and white meats.
Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
