We know off 13 different varieties, interplanted and picked together. Fermented in small batches to achieve maximum extraction from all varieties. Aged in seasoned hogsheads.
Bright orange colour, wines is like a highway of aromas and flavours, spice driven with soft apricot, peach and apple under tones. Explosion of flavours in first pallet with textural second in soft, juicy tannins in the end. Bring on the rainbow!!!
Grapes from biodynamic farming, natural yeast and low added sulfites. Unfiltered and unfined.
