Made with Aligoté from Romain and Jean-Guillaume’s family vineyard, directly pressed with fermentation and ageing in the tank and bottled after only 5 months. Clean and crisp the palette is refreshing with citrus notes of lime, lemon and green apple. Nicely balanced and not too tart – the fruit gives a soft sweetness. Smooth in texture with medium acidity, and lots of length.
Grapes from organic farming and natural yeast and no added sulfites. Unfined and unfiltered wine.
