“Black White” for blanc de noir. This golden crémant has in fact been produced only from Pinot Noir. The bubbles are dynamic, the nose lemony. If the attack is rather nervous, the wine then moderates these ardors by a fairly measured side. Good length.
Grapes from responsible farming and natural yeast. Unfined and light filtration wine.
