The Gisous cuvée comes from the finest old vines of Domaine Séléné and pays homage to Sylvère Trichard’s grandmother. The complex nose of this wine reveals magnificent notes of red fruits, black fruits and spices. The palate is fine and deep with aromas of wild strawberries and blackberries. A very great wine to decant two hours before tasting.
