The grapes come from 40-year-old vines planted in various vineyards around the town of Arbois. The soil consists of clay and the vineyards are east-facing and northwest-facing. 60 days of fermentation at 25 degrees on a steel tank. 100% Malolactic fermentation. The wine is stored separately for 60 days.
Aroma of white peach and lychee. Fresh long taste with a slight bitterness in the finish.
Grapes from responsible farming and natural yeast. Unfined and light filtration wine.
