Bouju’s wine have been travelling for a long time and we recommend to enjoy them from September 2024 onwards it feel free to grab some now !
Niglo means 'Hedgehog' in Romani, made from Gamay grown in their own Beaujolais vineyard, the wine is a bit agricultural on forst nose but then develop some complex, foresty notes which are also present on the palate. Super juicy, herbal with a hint of smoke.
