Bouju's wine have been travelling for a long time and we recommend to enjoy them from September 2024 onwards but feel free to grab some now !
Patrick Bouju and Justine Loiseau's wines are back, and we are thrilled to add this cuvée to our selection.
Made from 80 years old Gamay vines, planted on basalt in Auvergne. The vintage 2022 had been macerated slightly longer than the previous vintage, and then aged in a mix of amphorae and old barrels.
Round, plummy, with a salty brightness, it's worth all the hype.
